With a formal education in Plant and Greenhouse Science, Tate has been a passionate plant scientist for nearly two decades. He is dedicated to developing groundbreaking products and services to help farmers and gardeners succeed. He is leading the charge in utilizing Web3 and the metaverse to revolutionize the industry approach to agriculture and improve the world's agriculture practices. His vision for Green Life includes empowering farmers and gardeners by providing them with sustainable inputs, top-of-the-line genetics, and high-yield harvesting techniques. As Chief Operations Officer of Green Life Inc. since its October 2013 inception, Kelly Dooley is a force behind its success and innovative technology. A left and right-brain thinker, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus in Graphic Design from James Madison University and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Not only has she been the main source of design work for the company since its start, but she's been instrumental in overseeing the daily operations. This includes bookkeeping, payroll, order processing, inventory, and e-commerce, ensuring compliance with the various regulations along the way. Not one to be a solely numbers-wiz and forgo creativity, Kelly applies her impressive eye for design to help support local nonprofits such as the YMCA in her spare time. She understands that a revolutionary product combined with a strong brand and value proposition must resonate with its target audience to stand out in an increasingly noisy market - thus increasing your Return on Investment. This creative prowess, combined with her solid grasp of business operations, make her an invaluable asset to the team and a perfect choice for the role of COO.

Sustainability Director

An experienced innovator with a degree in urban architecture and design technology and over twelve years of experience in the global hydroponics industry. She has designed hundreds of products, crafted tailored project management solutions, and established strong global vendor relationships. Her expertise in product design, robotics, and sustainable development has enabled her to develop solutions for the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals and mentor and speak on the advancements in solar, drought, and land regeneration technologies. Having lived and worked in both China and Australia, Natalie has a deep understanding of global markets and the challenges facing them. She is currently part of the Green Life Inc. team, working to exponentially change how the world comes together and interacts with the food they eat. Her passion, expertise, and experience make her an ideal candidate for investors looking for innovative solutions and a passionate advocate for creating a thriving world.
